Before this challenge had begun I was doing some bulking, and now I have been cutting down this challenge. I started doing cardio and more abs workouts. I incorporated jump rope, sprints, and started doing yoga to help with my joints and flexibility. I don't have that much of external results but I feel much better about myself.
Everyone who sees me workout or sees me post on social media about getting in shape assumes I can run for a long time. The truth is, I don't run much. After this cycle I can do more then I was able to for the past year. That is something I can say I achieved! I dropped a few pounds but I feel that may have been just water weight.
My next cycle I will add on to what I've been doing recently and get my abs ready to compete for Grand Champ!
