Strength was my main goal this challenge, and in the process I gained muscle and definition. In this short journey I also learned the difference between skinny and fit. I've always been skinny, but my body wasn't conditioned to be strong and endure.

My initial weight weight was 110. I gained 3 pounds. Personally I believe I've improved tremendously in my upper body. Now I am able to carry my own weight and do pull-ups where as before I struggled to even start once I hung on the bars.

I used YOR shake, super greens, Digest, and probiotics for my challenge. I took my shake once right after my workout. I would take digest after every meal, And super greens every other day. I worked out at least 4 times a week.
