Hace un año después de semana santa empecé con mi primer reto y este es mi reto número 4. Para mí el reto ya es un estilo de vida, durante todo este año he aprendido muchas cosas y he conocido a gente maravillosa!
Les quiero comentar que en este reto para mí fue muy complicado en cuestión de que casi no pude hacer ejercicio porque he tenido muchísimo trabajo, pero como ya lo sabemos la alimentación es el 80 % y el ejercicio el 20% , por eso me he mantenido en mi peso.
