Comenze el reto pesando 98kg y al termine en 89kg. Tome todos los productos las malteadas en el desayuno y cena, yor vitamins 1 en cada comida, yor digest ultra a la hora de la comida y cena, super greens todos los días a media mañana, fiber plus todas las noches, ypr restore despues de hacer ejercicio todas las tardes; empeze caminando 2km y ahora camino 4km y corro 4km 5 días a la semana y tomo el berry blast durante o despues del ejercicio.
