As a YORhealth representative i believe if i am selling a product i should be able to say I've used and/or am using it and here are the results. I should be able to educate people on our products and say what they are and why they are more effective when used in conjunction with each other and exercise.

education was a major factor throughout the 8 week challenge as i saw results and found different combinations of products that worked for me, which i can teach other representatives and clients with to improve the bonding between network marketers.

Undertaking the yorbestbody sculpt was one of the hardest 8 weeks of my life to date. starting the sculpt at 14.2% body fat and 84kg i was aiming to be between 88-90kg whilst packing on lean muscle (a big target). i finished with 11.9% body fat and a final weight of 87.2kg. i was very pleased about losing the body fat as well as putting weight on a positive sign of lean muscle growth

following a major reconstruction of my knee following and anterior cruciate ligament tear, not only did i want to get healthy and lean, but i wanted to change habits that had come from not been able to play sport and working within a major fast-food restaurant.

using the products to a strict routine that came with the products without fail, using the repairs after every session, whether it being psychological or not I'm not sure but i couldn't recover as fast as i needed with out the repair ultra in my body. i found that using super greens early in the morning mixed with breakfast gave me a huge boost to start the day, and has generally made me feel better over the weeks giving me both energy and motivation to get in the gym and work hard.

throughout the challenge i was further into my rehabilitation so was able to start playing sports twice a week at the final stages of the challenge, other than this i was running a fun run 5km every week throughout and i was in the gym between 5-7 times a week and one swimming session a week. i felt that week by week i was getting stronger and fitter not only through muscular endurance but also cardiovascular endurance, yes i was training so it was naturally going to improve but it felt as though it improved rapidly as my personal best time for a 5km run dropped by almost 2 minutes within 3 weeks. i never felt lethargic and used my energy systems to great effect knowing i was burning more fat and gaining much more energy in the process. these results showed in the end as my personal best time went from 22.58 to 21.04 a huge amount within a small time frame from a ver non-pracatised runner.

during the first 4 weeks of the sculpt i was focused on hypertrophy (muscle building) and training hard to get bigger and more defined,

the last 4 weeks was based on utilising the size from the previous weeks into strength.

I DID NOT DO CARDIO AT THE GYM

i finished every session with either tabata ( 20 secs on, 10 secs off) or HIIT (20 secs on, 40 secs on)

throughout the challenge my life has changed. i have not only changed the outlook i have on diet and healthy eating whilst utilising supplements, i became more focused around changing my habits and welcoming new exercises and changing my routines to optimise muscle growth and promote better recovery. finding the importance of when and where anaerobic training and HIIT training should be used and how i can incorporate tabata training within sessions to increase muscular endurance throughout sessions.

Final measurements:

Chest: before- 38 after 41.5
Biceps: before- 13 after 14.5
waist: before- 34 after 33
thighs: before - 21.5 after 23

this challenge has opened my eyes to what i want in life and how to reach those goals using SMART targets and how this can affect how i train and better myself and become something i want to be not something i only dream to be

i am looking forward to my next sculpt starting on the 29th April :)
