Joining the 8 week challenge has been the best decision I have made for myself. Before I was introduced to these amazing products I lacked energy, was underweight, and would go through phases of working out only to lose motivation after time and time again never getting the results I was working for. Almost immediately after starting my regimen of YOR products I began to see and feel the difference. My 8 week challenge goal was to get more toned and gain some muscle and I was able to do just that!

I began my day with YOR MRP in either chocolate or vanilla, depending on my craving that morning and another shake after my work out. I also have my Supergreens, Essential Vitamin, Complete Burn and Digest Ultra with my meals daily.

My workout consisted of a 30-45 minute jog about 4-5 days a week. I've noticed how my endurance has improved and I have been able to steadily increase how many miles I can run. I also spent an additional 20 minutes doing push ups, planks, jump roping, or yoga. I would eventually like to be able to run a marathon.

The challenge has helped me become more conscious of the food that I'm putting into my body and given me the motivation to stay consistent because of how much better I look and feel. When I'm out people are always commenting on how vibrant my skin looks and how much healthier I appear. I'm ready to push myself to new lengths in the weeks ahead. With my determination and the help of YOR Health products I know I'm heading in the right direction and every day am closer to having the body I always strived for.
