At the beginning of the challenge I weighed 134. Finalizing the challenge I weighed only a pound more. During the past eight weeks I used the Probiotic, Fiber Plus, Repair Ultra, Super Greens, Mrp, Complete Burn, Berry Blast, Digest Ultra and the Essential Vitamin. I used all the product on a daily basis as direct on the packaging. Except the Vitamin that I only would take one with every meal. Also the Berry Blast and the Complete Burn mainly if I did any exercise. Which by the way all the execersice was a walk on the treadmill or some situps at home maybe once every two weeks on average. The biggest impact I had about this 8-week Challenge was that our health reflects our performance. If we have good health we not only perform better but it makes us have a better outlook at life. I won't get into detail but I was in bed for about two weeks went to the doctors office about three times. I'm so thankful I was taking the YorHealth Supplements or else ... well the rest is history. I feel great and I fell younger than when I was in High School.
