Time to be Awesome
I have been trying to get back into my exercise routine for a while but couldn't get into it for longer than 2 weeks. New YOR Best Body app helped me heaps and I can say I am definitely on the right way. First time in my life I had a discussion with a nutrition specialist and following her advice. And loving it! YOR Health products are the best what I could have possibly meet on my journey through life. In my busy life it is most powerful set and after couple of months I have started using whole range available in Australia and I would suggest to do the same to everybody. My daily routine is to get up early(joined Robin Sharma's 5am club) having "Super shake" with scoop of Supergreens, Fiber, MRP, Banana and chia seeds. This Super meal gives me energy for my 6am work out. Around 9am I have second breakfast followed with delicious Berry Blast. I have stopped drinking coffee completely and not missing it at all. It's amazing! My lunch is pretty changeable every day but I never forget having YOR Digest Ultra and Essential vitamins with the meal. Same as with my dinner, thanks to the awesome app to keep me on track. I have created a habit so usually I have YOR stuff before my phone reminds me to have it. And before bad I have YOR Probiotics and Repair Ultra to go to bed with calm head knowing I will recover same way as if I was 20 again. I'm definitely in the best body of my life and I take this 8 weeks challenge only as a start. I can't wait for results another 8 weeks later. All the YOR Health crew should be nominated for some special prize and I can't wait to see where this company going to climb. I am proud to be a part of the movement towards better tomorrows.
