Hey guys!!! thanks for taking a look at my progress. So it was my first 8 week challenge and at first I was skeptical and nervous about it but after the FIRST DAY I felt a huge difference. I was talking my products every day and loving every second of it. At the beginning the weight just fell of and after the first week i thought it would stop but i didn't. As i was continuing to go to the gym I felt my body get tighter. It was awesome when i was getting all the compliments but I stopped seeing it on the scale. My goal was to lose 30 pounds in my 8 weeks and even though I didn't see it so much on the scale (because we all know muscle weights more than fat) it was still noticeable. Pants getting loose, one tighter notch on the belt, and over all feeling better. The challenge has helped me better myself mentally and physically and I couldn't be happier.
