I honestly have to say that this challenge was the best thing to happen. It made me realize how unhealthy I was and how healthy I've become. I can't even believe that I lost 22 pounds in 8 weeks. For the first 4 I was only using the daily packs; but for the last 4 I used the MRP, Supergreens, Digest ultra, and Probiotics. I've made it a point to go to the gym at least 5 times a week. No matter how tired I was from working all day I still made it to the gym and pushed as much as I could. I have to say that losing what I lost couldn't have come at a better time. I feel more confident and more comfortable wearing tighter clothes. I also don't think I would have succeeded as much as I have without the help of my friends, they helped me more than they know. Whether it was helping me at the gym or just helping me through my struggles, they're so appreciated. I can't wait to continue this journey and get to where I want to be.
