I used the entire product line, In the morning I used the mrp and super greens for breakfast, for lunch I took my enzyme and multivitamins, I took the same for dinner. Then I used the muscle fuel for my pre workout before the gym, then after the gym I ate another meal with my enzyme and multivitamins. Then before bed I would take the probiotics. I did this same routine every day! I exercised 5-7 days a week depending on my schedule. Every day consisted of the same warm, 15 minutes on the stair master, followed by 100 pushups with weights on my back and 100 hanging leg raises. I alternated those back and forth each with 4 sets of 25. Then I did 3 sets of 12 (reverse crunches) for my lower back and 3 sets of weighed obliques crunches for 3 sets of 15-20. This was my warm up regardless of what muscle groups i worked out. This challenge has definitely pushed me mentally, I can say I didn't give it %100 because I cheated a few times on my diet, I had a pretty strict diet i set for myself and calculated it all on myfitnesspal app on my iPhone which logs calories and other nutritional information, I also had a set time and amount of water I would drink each day. That was also logged. I kept a tally sheet in my planner and checked off when I drank my water, ate, and went to the gym. I also had several friends who did the challenge with me so we all rooted each other on, it was excellent. I even made a Facebook group for the challengers and we have all become close as a result and i've made several new friends which is always great! :)
