This body is the byproduct of the YOR Best Body Challenge. Without the YOR Best Body Challenge, I would not have been able to achieve MY BEST BODY!

When I started the challenge, I knew that it would be more of a marathon than a sprint. I didn't work out much to start with, so I knew that I wouldn't have rock hard abs and look like a fitness model after my first 8 Weeks. I was a bit realistic about what I could accomplish in 8 Weeks. What I set out to accomplish was improvement each and every single cycle that I entered. This will now be my 5th completed cycle, and this is MY BEST BODY EVER!

Just like everyone, when I look at fitness models and magazine covers, I wish that I could look like that. I've always wanted to have 6 pack abs, but all I ever had was a keg! I knew I couldn't go cold turkey and stop all my terrible eating habits right away. I set a goal that each cycle I would improve my diet little by little. I love the 8 Week Challenge because it not only improves my body, but also my lifestyle 8 weeks at a time.

In this cycle, I added a 10 minute run before my workouts 3 times a week. I never enjoyed doing cardio, but I knew that if I wanted my abs to show more, I'd have to incorporate it into my workouts. Running just 10 minutes 3 times a week was very draining. At first I had very little energy to complete the rest of my workouts. But that's where the YOR Muscle Energy came into play.

I started to use the YOR Muscle Energy during this cycle, and boy I felt a difference. My energy level during workouts improved! I could do more in my workouts than ever before. I don't have all the time in the world to work out, so I only work out 1 hour a day. With the YOR Muscle Energy, I was able to fit a normal 1 and half hr work out, into only 1 hour. I was able to do more, with less time. After my work outs, I would have a chocolate shake with super greens, and that sped up my recovery for the next day. I added in two extra shakes through out the day to help me cut down bad fatty foods that I was normally eating. I love food, and even during my cycle, I was still able to eat foods such as sushi, ribs, hamburgers, etc. If I had a "cheat day," the next day I would have 4 shakes in one day, and one meal. With the YOR Digest Ultra and Completeburn, I was able to break down those unhealthy foods, burn fat faster, digest and absorb my nutrients better.

I already can't wait to finish my 6th Cycle because I know the results that I've been getting through out the other cycles will compound. I knew that as long as I stayed consistent with the products and working out, my results would compound. This body I have today, is the result of the Best Body Challenge!
