My name is Youssef Kadi and I started the Challenge weighing in at 158 pounds, and my final weight now is 146 pounds. My goal was lean out for my upcoming Mixed Martial Arts fight and get stronger. I am happy to say that the YOR Health product has helped me achieve my goal better than any supplements I've ever taken.

Usually when preparing for a fight, I'm super sore all over, my joints are flaring up, I get sick every other weeks, my body feels terrible from working too hard to drop weight and I have very little energy from all the intense workout. With this product line, I had energy from morning to night, which I needed to train twice a day. Thanks to the repair ultra, my muscles were never sore and my joints never flared up. The super greens prevented me from getting sick while the MRP, digest & complete burn just melted the fat away.

My daily plan usually went like this. I would wake up and immediately take a repair ultra capsule along with my probiotic and make a vanilla MRP with supergreens and kale with almond milk. I would take a complete burn and head to the gym for my first training session. I would take a digest ultra with lunch shortly after. I would take another complete burn 30 minutes before training again in the evening. Take a digest with a high protein low carb dinner and take another repair ultra before bed.
