Mi peso al empezar este reto era de 168lbs y ahora gracias a YOR Health e podido llegar a bajar 16lbs ahora mi peso es de 152lbs, y voy por mas. Tomo todos los dias YOR MRP, fiber plus, super greens, probiotics ultra,digest ultra y essential vitamin y gracias a estos, a los pocos dias empeze a ver los cambios. YOR a ayudado a aumentar mi autoestima que la verdad antes la traia por los suelos, antes yo decia que por mi edad ya no podria bajar de peso y menos estando en la etapa en la que las mujeres pasamos a cierta edad (menopausia). Ahora siento que estoy de mucho mejor humor y me siento increible con los resultados, que la verdad no me a costado mucho trabajo porque la verdad yo no hago ejercicio, solo voy a caminar por las noches unos 15- 20minutos diarios y porsupuesto tomar YOR.
