My experience on my first 8 week challenge cycle has been AMAZING! I started the challenge at 165lbs and ended it at 150lbs; dropping a total of 15 lbs! I never measured my waist but I definitely feel the difference. I recently had my second daughter Aliya who is now 5 months old. And I found it so hard to get back to where I was before my pregnancy. That is the main reason why I joined the challenge. Although I did not reach my goal of losing 40lbs, I feel great and can see the difference. As soon as I started taking the products I noticed a difference in my energy levels and I felt so good everyday. I used the complete best body set; having two shakes a day. I also went to the gym at least 4 times a week if not more. Close to the end of the cycle I couldn't go to the gym as often but I did work out at home. I stayed true to my regimen and am very happy with the results I have gotten so far. This challenge has given me so much in such a short period of time that I am so grateful. I have met amazing people, have been able to better my health, and help people reach their fitness goals by promoting the challenge. I am excited to see where this next 8 week challenge is going to take me!!!
