Cycle 3 has been very different to my last two cycles. I live a reasonably busy life between my job, multiple businesses and 10 month old baby, and admittedly have not been training nearly as much as I thought I would have (ie- 3 times in the last month).

This challenge started out being about weight gain, and then became about maintaining results with little effort. I am thrilled to see that the most of the results of my first challenge cycle have been maintained! While I haven't put on the 4kgs I was hoping for initially, I have improved the muscle mass in my arms & shoulders, which makes me look a little less "scrawny" or "sick-looking" as I have been called quite regularly in the past few months. I haven't ever been on this end of the scale, nor experienced so much judgement about my body. It's been a tough gig trying to convince people that I don't have an eating disorder, and has been a mental struggle to accept that this is just a part of my journey. "Fresh air the haters" as we like to say (thank you T-Stephens)!
The good thing is, I am not alone! I've got a phenomenal network and support group with my friends on the challenge and feel lucky for that every day!

The products do everything I need and I notice a huge difference in my mood, efficiency, productivity, recovery and life in general when I have them. I have my probiotic & repair before bed, digest ultra and vitamins with breakfast & dinner, greens & fibre (& sometimes a berry blast) mid-morning, and MRP for an afternoon snack! It's such an easy regime, and the mobile app has made it so much easier with the automatic reminders!

I love knowing that my body is properly nourished, clean, and working properly as a result of YOR Health! Could not imagine life without it all now!!
