Al empezar mi reto, mi peso fue de 110 Kilos y si bien fue mi primera vez, en base a lo que me contaron tenia grandes esperanzas que resultaron ser ciertas.
Al día de hoy, mi peso es de 90 Kilos, faltandome 10 kilos para mi peso ideal que espero lograr con ejercicio y un nuevo reto ya que para este reto decidí solo bajar de peso sin realizar ejercicio.
Ciertamente fue difícil al principio mejorar mi alimentación pero a diferencia de otras veces en que solo hice dieta, no sentía hambre tan seguido y honestamente espero mantener el ritmo de alimentación.
Me siento bastante bien y espero empezar un nuevo reto para mi peso ideal y despues mejorar la condicion fisica.
