Mi peso era de 76 kilos actualmente es de 70 kilos los productos que tomo son al despertar tomo los probioticos segido de mi MRP como desayuno y cena a media mañana mi calacion de super green y mis 6 vitaminas, hago 1 hora de insanity acompañado de repair!!
