8 weeks went so fast!
I learnt one important thing, a healthy gut = a healthy mind!
During this challenge, I focused mainly on keeping myself regular and maintaining that with supplementing with fibre and a probiotic. Then whilst eating clean I would alkaline my body with supergreens and the YOR multi vitamin.
By using these supplements I found that I gained so much more energy and mental clarity of what my goals are and how to get them. I can say with the up-most confidence that it was in fact, the products that helped me! I have always eaten healthy and exercised regularly, but with that, my energy levels were low and I was always needing more sleep (10+ hours) and never getting much of a result. I would get sick easily and then end up bid ridden for a couple of days.
I am a crossfitter and those who have seen/done a Crossfit work out know that is very much a mental work out as well as a physical work out.
I am now, after 6 months of crossfitting getting really great results. I now have the energy to push myself that little bit further and can finally do things that I didn't think I would ever be able to do. Supplementing with a product that actually works has given me faster recovery, more energy and a healthy, very happy digestive system which is enabling my body/mind to develop and grow!
I am going to re-enter every 8 weeks as I have learnt I will never stop gaining results. This challenge has been a huge motivational tool that I will continue to use and encourage others to do also as well! :)
