Buenos Días amigos de YOR
Me siento Feliz porque hace 1 año exactamente termine mi primer reto. Y ver las fotos el día de hoy es muy reconfortante ver que mi sueño de bajar de peso hoy es una realidad y sin dietas.
Tengo más salud, más energía y me siento más joven.

En este RETO no me enfoque lo suficiente para lograr mi objetivo de pesar 78kg, sin embargo al ver mis fotos de espalda me sorprende porque me logro ver más compacto y sin tanta grasa.
Subí 2kg en la báscula pero me gusta mi físico y eso es la 2da cosa más importante, ya que lo más importante es mi salud mí también lo tengo.

Comí de todo, se atravesó los días de semana santa y con ellos muchos desórdenes alimenticios y mucho desvelo.
