Hola a todos!!! Entré al reto por una muy grande frustración de no poder usar traje de baño de 2 piezas, despúes de pasar por un embarazo gemelar en el que aumenté 16kg mi abdomen quedó destrozado y los músculos de todo mi cuerpo disminuyeron su tamaño y forma. A pesar de realizar ejercicio continuamente después de que nacieron nuestras bebés no pude conseguir los resultados que buscaba. Inicié el reto con algo de incredulidad acerca de poder obtener resultados realmente visibles, pero al paso de los días vi como mi abdomen era más plano y la flacidez de mi piel era menor, incluso las estrías estaban desapareciendo (gracias REPAIR). Incluso me animé a usar traje de baño de 2 piezas y posar ante fotógrafo porque fuí elegida para que mi cuerpo apareciera en una lona "face on hole" donde otras personas se tomarían fotos para promocionar el evento de MIAMI. Eso me hizo sentir muy orgullosa y con buena autoestima. Al día de hoy que he finalizado mi primer reto me siento muy contenta por los resultados obtenidos y por no tener esa frustración de antes y ser libre de usar la ropa que se me antoje.
