Los productos que use de apoyo para mi alimentacion y ejercicio, fueron Yor MRP(antes y despues de hacer ejercicio junto con Yor Fiber Plus y Yor Repair). En la mañana todos los dias 1 Yor Probiotics. Al igual que en cada comida eran 2 Yor Vitamins y 1 Yor Digest Ultra. Al atardecer un Yor Berry Blast y para antes de dormir 1 Yor Repair.
Al inicio no creí que estos productos me fueran a ayudar tanto, pero al pasar los días fui viendo resultados y me emocionaba mas al ver como cada semana veía algún progreso.
Yo hacia ejercicio 5 días a la semana ya fuera correr 5km y gym. Esa fue la base de mi rutina.
