Hola a todos!!!!!!!!!!!

Pues este es mi segundo ciclo del reto de 8 semanas, estoy muy contento porque aunque pesaba al rededor de los 82 kg al comenzar el reto, llegue a subir a 85!!!!!!!!!! Claro que mi meta eran 86, mas subir de peso sintiendome en forma, es cosa que nunca habia ocurrido sin sentirme pesado o incomodo conmigo por no lograr una mejor definicion, y por cuestiones de horarios, le baje al ritmo al crossfit, pero inclui el correr un poco para no perder tanto el ejercicio. Aprendi que lo mejor de todo fue que tome los productos diariamente, y la MRP, los probioticos, enzimas diogestibas y la fibra....son lo que mas amo!!!! Me encanta estar con Yor Heatlh porque nunca habia tenido este estado de bienestar y poder sentirme de lo mejor aquí, me lleva a quedarme aqui de por vida. Aun me falta en el camino de lograr marcar el abdomen, y espalda baja, pero no me desanimo, ya que todo es cuestion de constancia y cambio de habitos, y me encuentro en ese camino. Estoy muy contento tambien por aquellos que lograron mejores resultados, porque eso me dice que yo puedo llegar ahi tambien.
