Hola, mi meta es aumentar de peso, porque siempre he sido muy delgada y haciendo ejercicio tres veces por semana y tomando mis malteadas sin dejar ninguna comida logre un poco de peso, pero bajando la pansita que me quedo despues de mis dos hijos y eso me traumaba porque nunca habia tenido, usaba blusitas holgaditas para disimular, empeze con 46.3 y llegue a 47.5 me falto medio kilo para llegar a mi meta pero estoy contenta. Lo que mas disfrute es el super green porque simpre he sido muy estricta con mi limpieza facial y cremitas y mascarillas y con el super green me olvide un poco de eso y aun asi mil piel se ve limpia, pero tomaba todos mis productos al pie de letra y mi digestion cambio por completo.
