Entré al reto de 8 semanas para transformar mi cuerpo, pero por cuestiones de trabajo no pude hacerlo completo!
Para mi sorpresa estos cambios fueron en sólo 20 días, y no puedo imaginar lo que hubiera pasado si hubiera hecho el reto al 100%
