My 8 week challenge has been I great one. I been using the products regularly . In the morning I drink my shake mix with supergreens . I take one enzyme for lunch and take my complete burn and vitamin during lunch. When I work out which is 5 days a week I take another complete burn . Throughout my day I drink 2 quart of water 5 days a week with cucumber and lemon. My lunches consist of healthy choices vegetables, fruits, salads . Eggs , and chicken I don't eat any red meat or other meats. It's been a great journey . My workouts are t25 and finish the whole 10 weeks , I play soccer, kickboxing and I take care of two little one .
