Hola, mi nombre es Natalia mi peso inicial fué de 62 kg y mi peso final 62.5, diminuí mi porcentaje de grasa corporal y aumenté masa muscular, no cumpli con la meta pero estoy muy contenta, felíz y agradecida por los cambios que estoy teniendo y seguiré hasta obtener los resultados que quiero:)
Los productos que estoy utilizando son Yor MRP, que tomo de snack a media mañana, Yor supergreens por la tarde y Muscle energy durante el gym, en el cual hago una hora u hora y media de ejercicio y un día a la semana practico yoga, durante el primer mes usé yor repair el cual es increíble para tolerar el dolor de los primeros días de gym.
Los productos son increíbles!, lo noto en mi rendimiento, metabolismo y salud digestiva.
