This is my third YORBestBody challenge. I am proud to say and see my progress so far with the YOR products. During the challenge, I reassessed my time back into committing myself to exercising. I missed it so much to the point that anytime I did participate in a physical activity, my body would get jittery and restless until I gave it want it wanted. I used the MRP every morning eve while attending my morning classes. The YORBerryblast kept me focused and awake, during class and workouts. The Digestives gave me essential digestion for my nutritional value, and the Repairs kept me feeling amazing. This also was my first use of the YOR Muscle Energy and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who engages in casual physical activities. The product literally fueled my muscles, which gave me the strength and stamina to endure long and vigorous workouts.
During this challenge it has come to my attention that my body is unevenly proportionate. My right side is smaller than my left, but more compact and strong, and my left side is wider than my right, but bigger and longer. Seeing these differences made me very self conscious about myself, but I accepted it because it makes me who I am. I would gladly participate in another BestBody event.
