I started this challenge with a goal in mind and the thought of my ideal exercise plan on how i was going to get there quickly using these products. As a single mother it has definitely been a challenge because whenever my daughter (who is in daycare) gets sick or I do..thats just not possible. HOWEVER, the use of the Yor Health products has certainly helped me tremendously. I wake up each morning at 5:30 and drink 10 oz of water with my Complete Burn pill. By 7:30 I drink my shake on my way to work. My lunch time is at 12:30 at work so between the shake and then I have a snack (which varies) but I take my Digest pill with it. Lunch is packed with a Protein, a carb (usually brown rice) and some veggies. Digest Pill taken there too. When I get hungry again after I drink my Yor Health Super Greens for a snack and make another shake when I get home by 7pm. I usually snack on something else, not going to lie, but I have my Digest pill with that too. Before bed around 10pm I drink my Probiotic and try my best to get a good nights rest. Thanks to Yor Health; Im feeling better, losing weight at a good healthy speed and less stressed about my meal plans. SO FAR IM IN LOVE! Ive gone down 3 pant sizes and feel better in my own skin!
