Hello everybody!
I am Ed, I just finished my first sculpt challenge. I am really happy with the results.
My strongest motivation was myself. I have struggle all these years because in my whole life I could never get fit. I spent hours in the gym, I private myself from my favorite food and never get the results I wanted.
Thanks to the challenge and YOR Health products I am achieving my goal. I weighed 65kg, and now 63kg. I did not reach my weight loss goal but, I loss a pretty much fat percentage. I had not reached the definition I wanted but I see another body in the mirror so far.
This time I follow this regimen. At rise time I took 1capsule of Repair and 1 of Probiotics. For breakfast I drink my Supergreens mixed with Fiber Plus and berries. I worked out 1hr 3-5 days a week. Sometimes I went to the gym, other times I went running. Half hour before exercise I took 1 capsule of complete burn. Within the half hour I finished my workout I drink my YOR Shake, sometimes mixed with spinach, almonds, strawberries, sometimes alone. I took 1 Digestive Ultra capsule before lunch and dinner. Sometimes my dinner was my YOR shake. After lunch and dinner I took 2 pills of Essential Vitamins. My snack were vegetables or Supergreens. Bedtime I took 1 Repair and 1 probiotic. But very important, I change habits, my diet was based on vegetables and protein. Never forget to drink water.
I feel so motivated that I have set new goals for my next challenge. I love YOR Best Body Challenge that I will always share this happiness with everybody.
