La verdad estoy muy agradecido de que el reto exista ya que la verdad siempre he querido hacer ejercicio pero honestamente nunca fui constante ni responsable, pero desde el día que empece el reto Fue otra de mis metas!!! y decidí ahora si ponerme las pilas para lograr el cuerpo que tanto deseaba !!!
Mi peso actual era de 189 libras y ahora es de 176
con Base a los Productos Use el MRP, Digest ultra y Super Greens y los usaba diario en mi reto, aun sigo tomándolos.
Los Dias que hacia ejercicio era de lunes a viernes (Box, andar en Bici y algunas Veces CrossFit)
