este es mi primer ciclo en el grupo para tonificar, estoy muy feliz por que a pesar de que sigo pesando lo mismo tengo menos pansa y la ropa me queda mejor, hasta hay algunas casa que me quedan grandes, yo siempre estube traumada por el peso, ya que siempre fui gorda y no puedo creer haber conseguido bajar 21 kilos desde que empese a hacer ejercicio, estoy muy emocionada por que ya estaba resignada a se gorda pense que hisiera lo que hisiera nunca hiba a poder adelgasar, hise de todo y nada me funsiono perohoy estoy feliz de pode decir hasta el dia de hoy baje 21 kilosde una cuarta parte de mi peso original hago ejercicio 6 vecea a la semana, 2 horas de pesas y dos clases de una hora cada unay los productos que tome en este ciclo fueon. los diguestivos, el repear y los probioticos, por la maña la malteada despues de hacer ejercicio la fibra y el super gren antes de comer
