I started out in 320 pounds, and I am finally out of the 300 and up club. This change has inspired me to continue on challenging myself and being a role model for others who have been in the same spot as I have! This product is amazing, I took all of them everyday and even though I couldn't exercise everyday I still lost 23 pounds in 8 weeks! and I never starved myself either! I have never felt better in many years, and I am now motivated, and exited to start another challenge!
