Hello the day has finally arrived the end of my 1st 8 week challenge....
I started my challenge with a core set and I was consisted with everything I started with my weight being 140lbs and I ended it with 124.6 pounds . At 1st I used to get up and take 1 digest with my breakfast than around 11 am I used to drink my super greens that at first I used to hate and now it's my favorite than at 12 I used to eat my lunch and there take my digest again, after I go to the gym or I go for my 3 mile run everyday when I come back I make my delicious Yor shake and drink it.
I was introduce to Yor health about a year ago from a friend and once I got on it I lost 18 pounds and because I lost all that weight I said good I'm not going to take it again. So I stop and because my body wasn't getting the proper nutrition that it was used to I gain weight again than after months and months I kept eating all the junk food I could possibly eat and I gain 10 pounds and I still didn't care I kept going with that same life style. When it was getting close to Christmas I decided it was time to do something for my self so I tried a lot of different products that I didn't have tried before and nothing was working for me. Until one day I saw a post from a now a very good friend carLa Silveira and I commented on it and from there she introduce me to the challenge and I took the challenge and now because of my results I decide to become and promoter and promote the challenge and help friends and family. I'm in the best shape of my life and the best part is I'm doing it now all for free because as of right now I'm getting A lot of free.... Yor health has changed my life and now I'm dedication my self to live a healthy life and help friends all around the world.
