Hello, my name is Robenson Emanuel
I've always been into fitness and sports ever since I can remember. In 98 I tried out for a high school basketball team that's when I found out that my kidneys were on the verge of shutting down which lead to me having surgery in attempt to fix the problem. Through the process I lost 20 Lbs in a week all of my hard work my muscles and abs all disappeared

My doctors are shocked that I'm still here because I was not expected to. God had a better plan for me. As I kept getting better and feeling better I wanted to get back in shape and get back to being me again but I struggled. I tried all kinds of different supplements, meal plans etc but was not getting the results that I wanted I felt so skinny that I started wearing baggy clothes to cover up my insecurities.

I wanted to put on some muscle mass some gains but it was not happening. That's when I was introduced to the challenge and I was skeptical at first as anyone in my position would be but I saw the testimonies and how powerful they were so I decided to try it
