I was very excited to start this challenge since my son is getting married at thend of May and I wanted to be in my best shape. I lost 7 pounds which was a bit short of my goal, I feel it was a great accomplishment given the fact that my hormones have been a bit unstable lately and losing more weight has been harder than ever. I notice my clothe is begining to fit lose again.
My daily regiment included 2-4 Yor Repair upon rising and on demand before or after exercising. I took 1-2 Complte Burn capsules. I had an MRP for breakfast, usually with fruit (1/2 banana or a handful of blueberries), an MRP with Yor Fiber for lunch, a Super Greens with vegetable juice mid afternoon. I had a moderate dinner, always with my Yor Digest and I took 2 Probiotics and 2 repair before going to bed. I exercised 4-5 every week for at least 1 hour, Zumba and Gymstick.
