Mi peso inicial era de 86 kilos y ahora estoy pesando 81.5 baje en total cuatro kilos y medio pero eso no fue lo mejor del reto ! Me di cuenta que el mejor compromiso que puedes tener es el compromiso contigo.
Normalmente me tomo la malteada como lunch en la escuela y en las noches cuando no tengo mucho apetito me ceno mi malteada.
Por diferentes circunstancias no hice mucho ejercicio y se que mis resultados pudieron ser mejores eso no me preocupa porque yo quiero hacer el reto muchas otras veces yo estoy encantado con el producto y con las personas con las que hice el reto de verdad ha cambiado mi vida muchas gracias !
