Ya tengo varios ciclos participando mi meta es tonificar cada vez mas hasta que se vea un cuerpo sin flacidez. Inicié mi ciclo pesando 65 kilos aproximadamente y logré aumentar en volumen y masa corporal 2.5 kgs.
