Before the 8-week challenge, I was unhealthy. Unhealthy, mentally and physically. I didn't have energy to do things I wanted to. I always took naps after school and was always tired. On top of that, I went to school in uniform and it never showed my body off. So there was a moment where I just have up working out and eating healthy.

During the 8-week challenge, everything and everyday was so difficult at first. But it gradually got better. I worked out everyday after school for an hour and it helped me a lot with the tiredness I used to feel. I suddenly felt more energetic and awake! The complete burn really helped me shed off what I needed and the mrp's really helped me out when I needed a quick meal togo!

After the 8-week challenge, I feel like I gain so much confidence in how I look and how I feel about myself! Thanks to the yor products, it really helped curve my eating habits and changed my mind on how I should live. I should live healthy, and healthy should be a lifestyle.
