Before joining my first challenge, I attempted to numb feelings of pain, poor self-image, loneliness, and insecurity through emotional eating binges that frequently ended in rounds of suppository abuse or starvation. The Bible teaches us to be very careful how we walk, for surely our sin will find us out (Num 32:23). I'm ashamed that this coping method carries a 10+ year history, and knew it would take something big to replace it. Something big came in the form of YOR Health products.

I've been a regular at the gym for several years, but my physical results were not an indicator. I was consistently putting too much junk in my body, and consistently robbing it of the nutrients necessary to function optimally.

I began to pray I would see myself how Jesus sees me - Holy. Blameless. Beautiful. Worthy. His sweet child. I realized this is a painful growing lesson many people battle their entire lives - they're never measuring up to someone's expectations, never owning their true worth, and fail to reach for their potential.

My product regime was:

7am - MRP pancake

10am - apple + almonds

12pm - 1 Digestive Enzyme w/ lunch (sweet potato, chicken, spinach)

3pm - MRP w/ water + almonds

6pm - 1 Digestive Enzyme w/ dinner (lean beef, spinach, berries)

9pm - 1 Repair w/ evening meal (Ezekiel bread, egg whites)
