Before I started this challenge I weight 280lbs. I now weight 257lbs and im not done yet. The reason why I decided to start using the yor health slim products was because I finally realized with the help of my mother how miserable and depressed I was. I first decided to figure out what made that way. I realized that i was in a verbally abusive relatonship for the past 9 months. A relationship that i thought i had to deal with because who wants to date a "fat ugly" girl? So instead of confronting the situation I did what I did best and that was eat away my sorrow and pain. I also, .realized that I was heading down the same path of destruction as my father. See my father passed away 3 years ago at the age of 63. He died ultimately of a stroke but his lifestyle didnt help the situation. I realized I was more like my father then ever with blood clots and borerline high blood pressure. At that moment I realized I needed a change, if I wanted to live a long healthy life. So I kicked the now ex boyfriend out and started to take the yor health products. The weight started to come off and my self worth improved. I decided to add cardio 5-7 days a week to my yor health products. Now I'm addicted to eating healthy and working out. I now feel more secure with my body and who I am and I refuse to settle.I do however realized I have a long way to go and that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet. I am more now then ever excited about this new lifestyle change and what life has to offer me in the future.
