At the starting of this challenge my weight was 120 lb. I finished with 115 lb, only 30% of my goal. I feel good about my progress, although I did not reach my set goal.
I used almost the full line of products. I took one Probiotics with 2 Repair upon rising and right before bed. I had an MRP, usually with fruits for breakfast with a Complete Burn, another MRP for lunch, a Super Greens with Fiber mid afternoon. During the weekends, I did not use the products consistently.
I did not exercise regularly at all. Other than the ocasional Gymstick routine, I did not exercise much, although my job required me to walk upstairs a few times a day.
I feel good about this challenge, although I did not reach my goal, I was able to lose 5 lb. with very little exercise. I feel healthy and energetic and living a much better life than I was projected five years ago. Yor Health has been a tremendous blessing for me and my family.
