For this challenge, my goal was to choose healthier options whenever dining out and in turn reducing belly fat. It was difficult because I love food so much, especially foods that are fatty and not considered healthy. I didn't do as well as I hoped, although I was able to choose healthier options a good amount of times. I took the yor shakes daily, as well as super greens. With every meal, I had an enzyme and 2 vitamins. I worked out every day. Constantly enrolling for the different cycles of the challenge is a constant reminder not to lose the good health habits I have as well as strive to improve the ones that aren't so good. If it wasn't for YOR Health, I am pretty sure I would never have gotten so consistent with my health habits.
