Este es mi tercer ciclo de Reto, anterior no lo termine.Mi proposito inicial fue eliminar la grasa acumulada, bajar 1.5 kg.Hice un poco de ejercicio , confieso que no realice mi rutina diaria correctamente, tome al levantarme 1 Yor Probiotics Adv.y 2 Yor Repair, una hora despues a las 8am con mi desayuno 2 Yor Ess.Vitamin, a media manana 11am Yor Super Greens, a las 2pm 2 Yor Ess.Vitamin con la comida,6pm Yor MRP y alguna fruta, 10 pm cena.
