Since being on the Yor Health products and doing this eight week body challenge I haven't just lost some weight I feel so much better not just physically but mentally as well! Not going to lie I havnt been the best with exercising regularly havnt done a whole lot at all but in saying that I've used the products everyday and I'm loving it, it has made things so much easier to get through my busy days

Seeing the results I got from this challenge with little effort through just the use of the products and the weight i was able to lose has definitely inspired me to push myself a hundred times more in the next one and make sure i exercise regularly and get that body every wants :)
