I have never been able to gain muscle mass before but ever since joing the 8 Week Challenge. I been able to put on 5 lbs of muscle mass. I'm not happy but it's something & usually when I hit the gym I only lean down. 5 lbs to me is a lot because It's been hard for me trying to add some mass. Although I'm only hitting the gym 3 times a week but been trying to eat at least 4 times within a day. I'll be lucky to have 2 meal especially with the schedule I have & the things that I do. I been focusing on hitting the muscle group more then doing cardio. I hit hard when I go to the gym but eat for growth as much as I can & I have been doubling my digestion enzymes, double on my Probiotic, fiber of course, & taking the Myscle Energy during my training session & taking 1 scoop in the morning before I go to work. My next cycle I will gain 5 or maybe 10 more lbs of muscle. That's my next goal & the most fun of all was hitting the gym with family & friends....
