My first week of my 8 week challenge it was so surprising because i have seen the result immediately by just taking Berry Blast, MRP, Fiber plus and Supergreen. My second week i have become more active by going to the and do exercise outdoor. My third week up to my last week that's were i started eating healthy and getting use to the product. I was so excited how it change my life from being procrastinated to being active. Before Yor health i was so depressed how my body have become and i struggle years and years just to lose weight and within 8 weeks i managed to be able to lose at least 18 lbs. Here's are my my daily routine using this product:
Wake up: 1 probiotic empty stomach
Breakfast: 1 packet of Yor shake & 1 scoop of fiber 10-12oz of water & 1 complete burn Snack: 1 scoop of supergreen with 10oz cold water
Lunch: 1vitamin & 1 complete burn & 1 digestive eat a light meal with low or no carb
Snack: 1 complete burn &1 vitamin & piece of fruit, veggie or nuts
Dinner: 1 vitamin & 1 packet of yor shake Bedtime: 1 probiotic & 1 repair empty stomach
