Hello everyone,
Im not to sure how to do this to be honest. I guess ill just start of by saying why I even joined the 8 Week Challenge. For the past year I have been eating healthy and trying to mantain a vegan lifestyle or an alkaline one. I have done loads of research and study on a alkaline lifestyle. Thats why I joined YOR Health because of their stand for alkalinity.
I was exercising quite regurlaly before this challenge. I enjoyed running and doing cardio. But I never really pushed my body to its limits to see what it was really capable of.
So I joined this challenge to see what my body can do. On this challenge I was training 6 days a week. I would be up at 4.45am every morning to get my hour workout in before I had to go to work.
I would usually start my morning with 500ml of water, having my complete burn, sometimes I would also have a berry blast depending on how I was feeling in the morning. Complete burn and berry blast made a massive difference in my transformation.
My mind was clear to push myself through the mental battle I would have at some trainings. Repair ultra was also a life saver in my training program. I deff felt the difference as I ran out at one point for a couple of days and could feel the body pulling up really sore.
I would have YOR MRP with a YOR Supergreens and YOR fibre to cleanse myself after every training session. As I know my body needed the protein and also to alkaline my body after training session because training creates heaps of toxins in the body. So that also helped with recovery.
I would usually have 2 to 3 servings of Supergreens. I love that stuff!! I was having all my vitamins throughout the whole day. I would mix up between complete burn and berry blast throughout the day for more energy. I would have a probiotics before I went to bed to settle my stomach.
The last 20 days or so I joined Cross Fit and it really helped me sculpt my body. I would usually do that 4 times a day after work and the other 2 days I would do high intensity cardio, a program called Insanity.
Throughout the challenge I was still eating very well and consuming a lot food but very healthy foods. I was probably about 90% vegan and now and again I would spoil myself.
This 8 Week Challenge has made a huge difference in my life for health reasons and my confidence with myself. It’s also made a difference with others.
As I have been on this journey people have gotten inspired to take on their health. And by default IM getting into health and fitness coaching as people are starting to ask how I transformed my body and what I was doing.
So its really exiting as IM very passionate about health and as of this challenge I have become passionate about fitness also. I now want to combine my health expertise after doing loads of research in the past year. Also bringing YOR health to make being healthy easy and my life coaching background to give people a full life transformation. Its very exciting.
