Throughout these 8 weeks I was determined to get to my health goal of losing 15lbs. I didn't accomplish my goal but I do feel great about the results and the consistency.
I started my regimen to make sure I worked out at least 4 times a week. Making sure I took my Yor shake before or after my workout to replenish my body. I though working out would be the toughest part but in reality it was watching what I ate. I love eating a variety of food so I made sure to always have my digestive enzymes making sure I got all my nutrients no matter what kind of food I ate.
With working out and making sure I ate good food I was able to lose a total of 10lbs. I love the changes I see in myself not just with the way I look but with the way I'm living my life. Making sure that being health is a priority in my life.
