El reto ha sido para mi un desafío muy padre y muy motivante para tener mucha mejor salud pero sobre todo hacerlo con amigos!!
Cuando me inscribí al reto pesaba 140 libras y ahora peso 132 libras que han mejorado mi autoestima muchísimo, porque ahora la ropa me queda mucho mejor y me siento mucho mas feliz y satisfecha con mi físico. Durante mi reto tome los productos, MRP y la fibra en la mañana y en ocasiones en la noche, los Digest ultra en mis comidas, para aguantar con energía y hacer todas mis actividades del día me tomaba un sobrecito de berry blast y en las noche mis probiotics y repair que nunca faltan. No tenia mucho tiempo para hacer ejercicio, y lo hacia aprox. de 1 o 2 veces por semana y la verdad es qu tuve resultados muy satisfactorios, espero en mi siguiente reto tener muchos mas resultados.
